This Privacy Notice is meant to help you understand how SoFi Technology Solutions, LLC (“STS”) collects, uses, protects, and shares your personal information. This Privacy Notice applies to our online and offline collection, use, sharing, and retention of your personal information.

STS Services means our website (https://www.tech.sofi.com/), our associated content, including the STS sandbox, and any information collected in person by STS personnel.

When we do, we will let you know by appropriate means such as by posting the revised Privacy Notice on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Any changes to this Privacy Notice will become effective when posted unless indicated otherwise.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information from you when you use the STS Services, contact or interact with us, and voluntarily provide us with your information in connection with using the STS Services. We may collect both business and personal information. When we say "business information" we mean information related to your current or potential business, some of which is collected due to regulatory requirements and applicable law. When we say "personal information," we mean information that specifically identifies you.

a. Information you provide to us

You are asked to provide information to us when you log in to our sandbox, when you request access to our newsletter, and when you request information about job openings. This includes both personal and business information such as:

• Personal Information: Your Name, Your Address, Email Address, Telephone Number, Password, Job Title, IP Address, and your Resume.
• Business Information: Company Name, Company Information, Product Information, and Company Bank Information.

b. Website Use & Logging Data

We automatically collect information regarding each user of the STS Services, including your IP address, the domain name of your Internet service provider, the STS Services features you use and the time of your use, your device information (e.g., device model and operating system version), and aggregated information that cannot be used to specifically identify you when you use the STS Services. Additional information collected is described in the Analytics and Cookies section below.

We incorporate AI functionalities into our products and services, such as the chatbot used for customer support.

9. Sale/Sharing of Personal Information

STS shares the following categories of personal information for interest-based advertising and analytics with social media platforms and marketing/advertising companies: Identity information such as real name and social security number, certain categories of personal information such as address and telephone number, protected classifications such as data of birth, commercial information such as records of products purchased, internet or electronic network activity such as search and browsing history, geolocation data, and professional or employment-related information. We may also share combinations of this data to infer interest/relevance.

12. Information of Children

The STS Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from an individual under age 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any personal information through the Website, app, or service. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the personal information of children under the age of 16.
